Employee Communication
Resnick Consulting played a key employee communication consulting role during Pfizer’s acquisition and integration of Pharmacia. Working with a global communication team, we developed a strategic communication plan for the first 100 days and implemented many of the tactics. This included the development of a Day One PowerPoint presentation for senior leaders to use with their organizations and an email template used by division/function heads to communicate changes to their staff. We also handled the logistics for a global town hall meeting and conducted a follow-up survey among Pfizer and Pharmacia employees.   Back to Case Studies Page

Learning & Development
When Pfizer introduced a new process for the review and approval of pharmaceutical promotional materials, they turned to Resnick Consulting to help design both classroom and online training. As an integral part of the senior-level task force, we developed and implemented a training plan for a new Review Committee process which included new roles, measurement, and governance. The training covered both knowledge and skill-building.   Back to Case Studies Page

Onboarding
Resnick Consulting helped Pfizer develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding strategy that included orientation, website, peer mentoring, manager training, and more. Pfizer retained Resnick Consulting to lead and manage the Onboarding practice area for six months while the Senior Manager was on maternity leave. In addition, we were intricately involved in developing a research plan to measure the effectiveness of the new onboarding resources.   Back to Case Studies Page

Case Study: Pfizer Animal Health
Employee Communication
Retained by Pfizer Animal Health for one year, Resnick Consulting helped Pfizer Animal Health with change communications during the integration of Pharmacia and various other communication projects. Working with a multi-functional team, we directed the communication effort to announce Pfizer Animal Health’s Global R&D reorganization and consolidation.  This included the development of the division President’s web cast PowerPoint presentation and script for affected employees and a globally distributed email. Resnick Consulting also drafted other business and sales presentations for the President and V.P. Learning & Development
Resnick Consulting played a key role in helping Pfizer Animal Health introduce a new Performance Management process and system. We developed senior sponsor communications and training modules for users. Resnick Consulting  also wrote copy for a brochure entitled "Guide for Managers: Understanding the Performance Improvement Process," and supervised layout and printing.   Back to Case Studies Page
